join our amazing volunteer team

Our events come to life thanks to passionate volunteers who bring energy, enthusiasm, and support.

Volunteer roles are varied—you might be welcoming participants, guiding them to the start, helping at aid stations, or celebrating finishers with medals and goodies!

We are thankful to all our volunteers for giving their time to volunteer at this iconic triathlon facilitating swim, bike and run in the grounds of a UNESCO world heritage site.

🎉 As a thank-you, volunteers get FREE entry to a 2026 Motiv Sports event of their choice, including the Blenheim Palace Triathlon!

** Volunteering as a group can help raise vital funds as we offer £40 per volunteer** Please contact the volunteer team to discuss suitable roles.
