welcome to the 2025 blenheim palace triathlon

First waves of the day will begin at 8:00. We recommend arriving 90 minutes before your wave to allow time for parking, bib collection, setting up in transition, and warming up.

Car parking opens at 6:00, registration and transition at 6:30.

You can submit a request to change your wave, but we cannot guarantee availability due to capacity limits. Please email hello@blenheimtriathlon.com if you’d like to submit a wave change request. 

If you are not feeling up for the distance or race you entered, you are able to self transfer via your Let’s Do This booking.

1. Manage your booking here and enter your booking reference

2. From your dashboard, click 'Manage' next to your name

3. Select the 'Transfer' option, followed by 'Transfer to another race within the event'

4. Complete the following steps depending on your selection.

At this stage, you are still able to defer your entry to 2026 or transfer your entry to a friend. Please note there are a limited number of deferrals and transfers for each event. We reserve the right to close this option at any time.

2. From your dashboard, click 'Manage' next to your name

3. Select the 'Defer your entry' or ‘Transfer’ option

4. Follow the prompts depending on your selection

The Blenheim Palace Triathlon is proud host to the 2025 BTF & TE Sprint Championships / ETU Qualifier. This will take place on Sunday morning and only members of British Triathlon Federation are eligible.

If you are interested in switching to the qualifier, head to your booking here.

From your booking click on Manage, choose the Transfer option, followed by Transfer to another race within this event, then follow the prompts and select your updated race.
